The food stories continue on tummy mountain - not surprising really as the little ones and I like to think about our tummies and what we can put in them.

Wee Small had this unusual observation to make this morning about fluffy clouds.

"Wouldn't it be good if clouds were made of mashed potato, and when it rained - it rained mash potatoes."

- a very practical idea indeed.

I opened the fridge this morning only to find this guy smiling up at me.

I can't be certain, but I am pretty sure, that this is the happiest turnip I have ever met.

poached potato

A Gourmet Delight

The Little One, being the Eldest, described to me the preparation for this delicious sounding dish - Poached Potato

Step 1.  Squish the potato

Step 2.  Squish that potato so all the skin comes off - you can use a hammer and rocks for this.

Step 3.  Take all the skin, roll it in a ball and tie that up with string.

Step 4.  Get scissors and cut an opening into the ball.

Step 5.  Stuff sugar and butter into the opening.

Step 6.  Then flatten the squished bits

Step 7.  Stick the peelings ball into that.

Step 8.  Then boil it at 22 hundred and eighty five degrees for ages

Once it is done you can put that green stuff from restaurants around it.
