Well, you can see a certain theme running in these wee minds lately. But as far as I know they have not invested any serious time (away from playing) or resources (the garden hose) into testing this theory.
I was getting concerned as it seems someone has turned on a solar garden hose somewhere in the universe and things are quite soggy over in our little corner. Perhaps the sun will come out again tomorrow.

Maybe there are some other little ones out there with the same idea.
I would lock the shed door....
And buy one of those "sun in a jar" things, just in case.
