new perspectives

Wee Tiny drew a picture of the Sun, and herself holding a flower.

Wee Tiny said "That's me holding a flower. The Sun can't hold a flower. The Sun doesn't have any arms."

I have a new perspective on what the Sun can and can't do. Sure it can provide the means for photosynthesis to create flowers, but it can't hold and sniff them.

I felt a little bit sorry for the Sun.

So true - poor sun. It can't hold Wee Tiny either. It can kiss the tip of Wee Tiny's nose though - that's how we can know that the sun loves us :-)

The Sun has a happy face, so I suppose sun kisses compensates adequately for lack of arms.
