Diary of a Diplodocus: Jurassic Gourmet

"I have to confess that my principle reason for this excursion was to indulge in some of the local cuisine. The Horsetails are particularly full of flavour at this time of year, but really it is the Lepidodendron and Glossopteris that make my mouth water. The secret is to eat just the tips - that's it! The rest is just roughage, sure it's full of fibre but it's not very tasty. If you ever find yourself up here you have just got to try the Clubmosses in the Bajocian Valley. Beyond Yum!"
